Meetings

Every meeting, written down.

Every meeting so far.

Newest first. Summaries are written from draft minutes and say so until the board adopts them.

The record

The Borough keeps the official record.

Minutes are taken by the Borough's Platting and Zoning Clerk. They are drafted after a meeting and adopted by the board at the following one, so the first written account of any meeting is provisional by design — it can change when the board takes it up.

Summaries on this site are written from those draft minutes and labeled draft until adoption. They are a plain-language account, not the record itself. For official notices, agendas, and the authoritative record, go to the Borough.

Attend

Sitting in takes nothing but showing up.

No sign-up and no comment card. There's time set aside for public comment, and the last stretch of every meeting is an open workshop where anything on the street is fair game.

Stay for the workshop

Once the agenda closes, the meeting opens up — bears on the creek, trash cans, restrooms, whatever you came in with.
